Service

Service is one of Alpha Phi Omega's three Cardinal Principles. It is through our many service projects that our members aid their communities and campuses, develop their leadership skills, and build friendships that withstand the test of time.

There are four primary areas in which Alpha Phi Omega provides service:

  • Service to the Nation
  • Service to the Community
  • Service to the Campus
  • Service to the Fraternity

There are two national events that chapters participate in every academic year. They are National Service Week, held during the first week of November, and Spring Youth Service Day, held during mid-April. Chapters may also apply for a Youth Service Grant, which grants funds for performing service projects benefiting youth.
